Where We Train
In-Person training sessions take place at BearFit Athletics, a private, 24-Hour, full service athletic training facility in Wakefield, MA.
Check out BearFit for updated adult strength training class schedules, youth/collegiate athletic training programs, open gym hours, and personal/small group training. BearFit is owned and operated by Coach Justin Berry, B.Sc. (Sport & Movement Science), a mastermind in programming functional athletic and progressive strength training.
