Service Description

Whether you are concerned about going to the gym during the ongoing pandemic, need the flexibility of working out at home on your time, or have "gym anxiety" and want to learn the basics and make gains in privacy, I have the plans for you to meet your goals where you're at! I design my programs according to the principles of mastering and repeating the fundamentals and growing in strength & power via progressive overload. You will not spend your precious time trying to learn a dozen trendy new "influencer" exercises each session; you will progress in essential compound movements (Squats, Presses, Deadlifts, Rows) and accessory movements. Your reps and weights may change week to week (dependent on your performance), and your movement programming will progress each month. The app provides video demos for each exercise and you can even share your own videos with me to get feedback on your form, or even just to share your victories. Each week provides three workouts per week in a Push (Chest/Shoulder focus), Pull (Arms/Back focus), and Leg Day format. The TrainHeroic App allows us to monitor your progress together, adjust weights/reps & modify or swap out exercises as needed. You don't need to carry around a notebook anymore-- the app shows you your past reps/weights/prs for each exercise! There may be days when you can only complete the warm-up and the first set... or you want to reduce sets from 4 to 3 rounds... or you just aren't feeling Legs so you swap it on your calendar with Push Day (Chest/Shoulders)... or maybe you are an absolute beast and complete every workout in its entirety twice and work out six days a week! You are in control, but also held accountable. Follow the Program on your own or join the Team to compete on Leaderboards, offer encouragement, tips & support. And either way, you'll get 1:1 support from me, your NASM certified Trainer and biggest cheerleader! $39/4 weeks 3 Workouts per week What you need: Short and Long Loop Resistance Bands (see me for recs!) Light, Medium & Heavy Dumbbells Flat Bench (Although can modify if not available) You can sub kettlebells for some movements if you prefer them Purchase must be made on the TrainHeroic Marketplace. Cancellation Policy

I do not book in-person sessions or accept payment for them until an initial consult is held and it is determined that we are a good fit professionally and for scheduling purposes. There are no refunds for missed sessions, but with proper notice, rescheduling is available. To reschedule an in-person session, 24-hour notice is required. For online and hybrid programs: 1. Payment is required prior to program creation and delivery. Because I consider all of your personal health issues, goals, schedule, access to equipment, training environment, etc., each custom program takes many hours to create. Once your request is made and initial consult held, an agreed upon start date will be determined. 2. Weekly progressions are delivered on Sundays by midnight EST. Without communication from the participant, appropriate progressions cannot be determined, and thus programming will remain the same as the prior week. Please make frequent notes in the app during your workouts so that I can help you make those gains efficiently and safely! 3. Once a plan has been delivered to you via the TrainHeroic App, you will have access to that program for exactly 4-weeks. Once a plan has been delivered, there are NO REFUNDS. These workouts are a labor of love and are proprietary; sharing them with others is contrary to policy (and also stealing from a single mom's small business ;) ) However there are plenty of paired options if you have a workout buddy also looking to make some gains!
